1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the EagleEye Nav application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
2. Proper Use and Safety
Safe Driving is Your Responsibility: EagleEye Nav is designed to provide information but must never be used in a way that distracts the driver. You agree to use the app only when it is safe to do so and in compliance with all traffic laws. Do not interact with the app while the vehicle is in motion unless using hands-free features or when parked safely.
3. Accuracy of Information
We aim to provide the most accurate speed camera and hazard data. However, we cannot guarantee that the information (including speed limits and camera locations) is always up-to-date or accurate. The user is responsible for observing actual road signs and traffic conditions.
4. Intellectual Property
The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to EagleEye Nav. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
5. Limitation of Liability
EagleEye Nav shall not be held liable for any traffic violations, fines, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the application. You use this service at your own risk.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
